Refund & Exchange

At Alsehar, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we offer a 7-day Refund & Exchange policy as outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds & Exchanges

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice) is required.

2. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
  • Personal care, hygiene, or beauty products.
  • Sale, clearance, or discounted items (unless defective).

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size, color, or defective items.
  • If the requested item is not available, we will issue a refund instead.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • In case of defective/incorrect items, Alsehar will arrange free return shipping.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at info@alsehar.com with your Order ID.
  • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may still request a return or exchange under our Refund & Exchange Policy.
  • If cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
